         : Yes, the VIM will be sold at such stores Lancer, except they will be called, well actually I don't know what they will be called, but they will have German, Swiss and Austrian names. Don't want to say too much yet, because we're still working out the details, but a publisher in Europe, headed by a Ph.D. (in a neural network related area) is going to release the retail version of the VIM. I'm excited about it because he really understands the goals of the program, and is equally interested in seeing this new genre of software developed. To answer your question (good to hear from you again Matt), yes it will functionally be the original VIM, except with upgrades. The graphics and landscape is quite similar in layout to VIM40, except the ocean is back, and the lake is in the back in the mountains. The main improvements to the graphics comes in speed and complexity, there are 10 different types of plants now, with more detailed structure. The behavior again will be similar, but the VI will be better at going places and doing things. The big advantage of a retail version is there are no download size constraints, so the plan is to sort of roll things back to the "favorite" form of the program, then continue development (perhaps even with funding!) with a much richer environment and more complex behaviors.
