Sock puppet? LOL, but wow, that's cold! The finished version will be better, but no such resources for Final Fantasy class models yet. It actually looks pretty cool in action. And it gets the point across of what structures are being tested. It is a stretched skin btw, just a low poly count in the model right now, and no muscles, just bones.

a dynamic skin streached over a skeleton will always look like a sock puppet, its the nature of the technology, the only way to correct this with either a Muscular system (complicated but dooable) or with an extreemly complicated skeleton, which is not really dooable with this setup, unless you were to create a database of prebuilt skeletal structures, which would defeat the purpose of doing what you're doing.

I was having a giggle at you're expence, yes it does look very good.
