This stage in the development of the Virtual Intelligence Matrix is an exploration of the creative and expressive abilities of the brain model. The VIM has become an artist, painting with colored reeds collected from the landscape. The VIM is also learning to sing, and has the start of facial expressions (a slight smile). As time goes by the VIM's artwork develops, and you can automatically use it as your desktop background.

Intelligence Matrix 40 - Cornelius (4.13 MB, version 1.0.0.6)
VIM40 features a new character mesh, "Cornelius". Inspired by M.C.Escher, Cornelius joins us as an alternative to the traditional VIM character, which will now be distinguished by its in-house mesh designation, J_522. Cornelius' look will also make him more at home in surrealistic environments in the future. To reduce download size, VIM40 is available in 2 separate versions, each containing one of the 2 meshes only.
Virtual Intelligence Matrix 33d
VIM33d is the second release of the VIM for Windows 95/98/2000 Screen Saver. While keeping the theme the same as in VIM30, the character shown above will explore the environment, in which "seed" flowers are growing. Once identified, the VI will harvest these plants, and then use them to seed a garden of its own. The garden is planted in an area selected by the VI, which changes as preferences for different regions of the landscape evolve.
